FRANCIS AFTER DARK

 We went to see the Francis Bacon exhibition on Wednesday night  .....

 .... just amazing, I was quite overwhelmed, so much to take in in one visit

luckily for me Meg bought us some season passes so we can go back as many times as we want .....

I love that the gallery is open on Wednesday nights until 9 ...

and the conversations in the entrance court,

we saw Paul Capsas (love him) and I cant wait to see the one with Wendy Whitely, Micheal Kirby and Anthony Lister ....

think there might be a lot of visits in the next few months !!!

kind of hard to choose, but I had to go for Mikhail Baryshnikov.

DAYDREAMING

This is our dog Elvis looking very relaxed and peaceful

 So nice to have hydrangeas blooming in our garden again,

they really are one of my favorite flowers .....

.... the beautiful papier mache vase on the mantle is by my very clever friend Georgina,

I love it so much, her work is just stunning !!!
