 I love how he puts vegetables first instead of playing second fiddle to protein and carbohydrates .....

plus I love that it is illustrated by the super talented Miso

can't wait to have a good look over the weekend ......

 Speaking of Miso, wish I could have been in Melbourne to see her images projected onto the Arts Centre's building .....

(I feel so lucky to have one of her drawings hanging on our wall)

blueberry pancakes made with buckwheat flour .....
we just make a basic pancake batter but replace the flour with buckwheat flour,
so dark and wholesome ....
(I'm a little addicted to them at the moment) ......

we saw the preview of this play last night at Belvoir

.... it's a very modern take on the Greek Tragedy .... 

have not enjoyed a play so much in a long time .....

.... Joseph Kelly and Rory Potter were faultless 

..... and it was their first time in front of a theatre audience 

(think we may have witnessed two little stars in the making !!!)
