We closed off our deck with some beautiful old windows a few years ago ....
the windows were from an old pub which was being demolished and we got six of them very, very cheap .....
they had coloured glass in them at the time so we replaced them with this glass (oh and they were also a lovely mission brown colour) ....
you can see them in this post ....
you can see them in this post ....
anyway, at the time we could really only afford to put in three windows, but always planned to add three more when we got the chance ....
so finally this week (thanks to a carpenter friend) we had the other windows installed ....
(above is the "before")
you could always see the neighbors house through our kitchen window
(which wasn't the best view)
(which wasn't the best view)
.... so now the windows are in, and we have put in a ceiling,
it's created a bit of a hall to the deck ....
we are now in the process of painting it all white, so when we finish I
will show you the "after" !!!
will show you the "after" !!!

It looks lovely, you must be so happy with the results- much more private! It's like a whole other room added to your house!
Nice job.
Good job, the post is really the freshest on this valuable topic.
Best wishes to your renovations. From this picture, this will turn out into a newly built house.
Your design is very impressive. Every visitor likes your design and the style of your presentation.

I’m glad your windows are finally installed! It was nicely done! Also, it’s good you extended your deck so you won’t be distracted by your neighbor. It looks better and more spacious after the reconstruction. I’m sure it looks great after some painting and decorating. All the best!
